We got welcomed nicely in the morning and got instructions early so we knew what was happening next. Once the exam started, everything was explained very clearly so that there were no open questions left. Even if there were open the team was happy to help.

My experience was great. I weas greeted by a warm welcome and the examiner for the speaking test made me feel at ease. All the people working there were very nice and the facility was great.

Administration support is really supportive and quick! The test day was well organised and well structured. Instructions were good and clear . The venue is excellent with a cafeteria.
