If you are unhappy with your results you have the right to request an Enquiry on Results (EOR). The cost of the EOR is CHF150.00 and will be refunded if there is a change in your result. If there is no change you will not receive a refund. EORs can be requested up to 6 weeks from the test date. For more information, please click here.
